Absolutely not. Waxing does not make your hair folliclesgrow. On the contrary, if you wax regularly, your hair will grow softer andsmoother.
Waxing is a method of removing hair from the root in anatural, safe and non-permanent way.
The procedure involves melting a wax product, applying it tothe skin, then a strip of cloth or paper is pressed against the wax, and pulledto remove the hair from the root.
